While planning its relocation to new corporate offices, the organisation realised it also needed to update its IT environment with a managed security infrastructure, migration to a cloud server, and a comprehensive disaster recovery solution, among other network and infrastructure upgrades.
TTM Healthcare also needed to control its IT costs through licensing consolidation. And, given the growing importance of consistent GDPR compliance, the organisation needed data protection and other services that offered cost-effective solutions to regulatory demands.
Codec’s consultants recommended and implemented a managed hardware network in TTM Healthcare’s new offices, equipping the office environment with modern security infrastructure, managed security services, and segregated network traffic to protect its business network from unwanted intruders.
Meanwhile, new cloud-based infrastructure was implemented to deliver new capabilities, including enhanced scalability, security and flexibility, for many of the organisation’s core processes. Centralised network management provided enhanced security functionality and the ability to monitor network traffic. Microsoft Office 365 was also used to transition from an on-premise licensing model to a cloud-based licensing solution, allowing solutions and licensing costs to be scaled up or down according to the organisation’s needs.
Codec also implemented Dynamics 365 and Power BI to support real-time reporting and analysis for sales performance, improving TTM Healthcare’s ability to evaluate its recruiting services and manage sales staff toward better results.
